Fees

Keeping your business expenses low is one of our ultimate goals, so we won’t charge you exorbitant fees for our services. We offer transparency and flexibility in our costs and will work hard to ensure that you get your money’s worth.

Price Cargill HR fees are based around a standard hourly rate of £65 for most businesses, with a reduced rate of £45 per hour for community services, charities, and other non-for-profit entities. All fees listed below include the standard business rate, followed by the nonprofit rate.

Option One:

Fee for service – This works on a project-by-project basis where we discuss your expectations and desired outcome in advance and quote you a reasonable fee for providing this service. Some estimated fee for service costs are:

  • Single Recruitment (includes consultation, posting, review & selection, communication with candidates, and interview support) £650/£450
  • Disability Awareness Course (includes consultation, needs assessment, partially customised curriculum, presentation, materials, and certifications for up to 20 participants) £500/£360
  • Employee Policy Development (for organisations with no documented policies and procedures, one business model and up to 100 employees. Includes consultation, needs assessment, complete set of draft recommendations, distribution and documentation) £5860/£4050 for initial development, with annual review & updates for £325/£225 per year
  • Employee Policy Review & Update (for organisations with a pre-existing set of policies and procedures, one business model and up to 100 employees. Includes consultation, evaluation of existing document, draft recommendations, distribution and documentation) £1950/£1350

The fees listed above include basic services only. Additional or specialized services may be requested and provided at the standard hourly rate as needed.

Option Two:

  • Basic HR services for small businesses (up to 10 employees) that have no internal human resources team or staff. Includes recruitment, one professional development training or coaching session per month (suitable for front line staff or leadership), basic employment documentation and record-keeping, employee communications, and critical leadership support on issues such as performance management, workplace investigations, employee engagement and other topics as needed. Estimated at £1625/£1125 per month
  • HR consulting for businesses that have at least one dedicated human resource staff member. Includes strategic design of recruitment and onboarding processes and systems, development and support for employee policies and procedures, one professional development training and/or coaching session per month (suitable for front line staff or leadership) plus weekly coaching and systems development support for HR staff, and critical leadership guidance and advisory services on issues such as performance management, workplace investigations, employee engagement and other topics as needed. Estimated at £1950/£1350 per month
  • HR consulting in support of large-scale organizational change and transitions. Includes needs assessment and strategic planning to collaboratively ensure the best outcomes possible, plus dedicated guidance, support and project management as determined by needs. Total costs depend on the scale of the services necessary, however standard hourly rates apply and are billed monthly based on actual services rendered.
