In addition to three decades of experience in people management, my qualifications include an Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and I am a Chartered Fellow with CIPD. I’m also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and have been a workplace trainer for most of my career. My professional background is in consulting and senior organisational management mostly with not-for-profit organizations in the United States where I lived before moving to Scotland in January 2024.
